Workshop Wednesdays is a new joint initiative between the Ottawa Arts Council and AOE Arts Council, that will offer informative and interactive workshops to local artists and arts organizations.

The series of  6 workshops will occur approximately once a month from November 2016 through May 2017. The final session will be an opportunity for participants to come together in a social setting to share feedback and input for future sessions, as well as network with other artists.

Workshop Wednesdays will focus on three learning streams, responding to different concerns and issues artists and arts administrators have risen. These interactive workshops will allow participants to engage in a dialogue, while learning and developing skills to grow. Join us as we navigate the challenges of finding your audience and developing support for your work. These  sessions will walk you through the key elements in building a successful engagement strategy and give you the tools to create or enhance your current system.
