SELECTIONS 2013 Juried Art Show at the Shenkman Arts Centre

Exhibit displays works by AOE Arts Council members

Presented by Desjardins, the SELECTIONS 2013 juried art exhibit will showcase this year’s juried works created by AOE Arts Council members. The public is invited to view photographs, paintings, sculptures and mixed media in the Trinity Art Gallery and cast their vote for the People’s Choice award during the exhibit.

Join us for the vernissage on Thursday, September 26 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., plenty of free parking, all ages welcome. The three winners of the Juror’s Choice award will be announced at 7:30 p.m. and will each receive a $100 gift certificate courtesy of DeSerres.

Visitors at the vernissage will enjoy catering by Bowich Best Organic Sandwich as AOE’s unveils a sneak peak of the ARTinis “Light up the Night’ 2013 fundraiser. Tickets for the November 7 event will be available at the early bird prices of $65 per light pass or $325 for a party of six.

The show runs from September 27 to October 23, 2012 in Salons A and B of the Trinity Art Gallery at the Shenkman Arts Centre.  The People’s Choice award will be announced on AOE’s website and Facebook fan page on Oct. 23. The winner will also receive a $100 gift certificate from DeSerres.
