AOE will help you promote yourself and your art
events by:

• Profiling you in ARTnews and on our website
• Placing your publicity materials in the AOE information kiosk at Place d’Orléans and Shenkman Arts Centre
• Including you in AOE’s database referral service (bookings, gifts, calls for artists)
• Posting your link on the AOE website and giving you your own webpage
• Posting your opportunities and events on the AOE online calendar
• Giving you the opportunity to participate in our annual arts festival
• Including your flyers in AOE mail outs (depending on weight)
• Attending AOE member activities (monthly potluck lunch, meetings, etc)
• Providing you with an up to date media list for your use (PR and others)
• Giving you access to our online marketing toolkit
  

Providing networking opportunities for you to establish valuable business and social contacts AOE will keep you informed about upcoming arts events:

• You will receive ARTnews, Calendar of Events, and e-bulletins
• You will receive invitations to special events

AOE gives you a voice:

• You will have a vote at the AGM
• You will be represented through AOE’s role as an arts advocate

AOE can help you with your special projects by:

• Offering advisory services
• Offering opportunities to collaborate with AOE on community art projects

AOE also offers you:

• A mailbox and mailing address at the Shenkman Arts Centre (group member benefit)
• Access to the AOE resource library
• The opportunity to attend AOE activities (such as workshops) at preferred rates

Pay per use (contact AOE office for rates)

• Photocopying
• Access to local conference calling at AOE office
• Use of AOE meeting room
